There is a lagoon trip that offers the chance to see so many water birds that we otherwise don't see. Also several years ago we went on a horseback ride through a jungle that ended up at a river where we ate lunch and swam. I'd be interested in a hiking trip if you know of anyone that offers this. We go to Manzanillo every January and love it. We stay in Las Brisas at La Posada. We keep going back to the turtle sanctuary. Although if your not planning on at least getting into the water, it can get a little boring. There are a few really good little places to eat, but its mostly one big long strip of beach. The waves are pretty intense and not for learning. Believe me I tried. It's an awesome place to get some good shots of amazing surfers to send home to friends... photoshoping your face on one of them is possible... hmmmm Pasquales is deff. an awesome place to visit if you are visiting.
