		<description>although i'm not a vegetarian myself, i once tried out the soy burger at 'Healthy Express' inside the soriana, and the burger was pretty good and it was cheap as well when compared to the price you would pay for a regular sized burger @ bk.

i consider quesadillas to be another great option, especially if you can serve it with veggies, beans &amp; mild salsa. cheese tortas (usually queso panela) are another great option. yum-o!</description>
