Manzanillo Real Estate Link Roundup

Submitted by Manzanillo Blogger on Saturday, 29 November 2008No Comment

Manzanillo's real estate is a booming industry. It seems like everybody and their brother are real estate agents in this town. This is because Mexico does not require you to have any sort of license, education, or certification to sell real estate here. This may be changing in the future, but as of now that is the case.

There are certain organizations an agent can voluntarily join that strive to inform and educate their members. AMPI is the national organization of real estate professionals in Mexico. Also CONOCER is a voluntary licensing certification that requires a passing a test to receive. We recommend checking for these certifications before choosing which real estate agent to do business with.

In an effort to make life easier, we have started a list of real estate companies with websites in Manzanillo Mexico. This list will be updated as needed, please inform us of any changes or corrections.
