Just wanted to explain that although I write a great deal about learning Spanish, I am not a Spanish teacher. Anyone hearing me utter two sentences would be able to tell that!

What I am is a former librarian who has always been fascinated by how people learn. When I noticed that a sizable percentage of the Americans and Canadians I meet in the Lake Chapala area know vitually no Spanish, I included learning Spanish as one of my blogging topics. That led to my adding another blog at &lt;a href="http://www.learnspanishrapidly.com/blog/" rel="nofollow"&gt;LearnSpanishRapidly.com/blog/&lt;/a&gt;. I talk about HOW to learn Spanish, things like learning a word a day and websites you can use.</description>
