Early Morning Fisherman- Photo Friday
This photo was taken on the South side of the Peninsula de Santiago. These early morning fisherman were maneuvering extremely close to the rocks, getting ready to throw the net for bait fish. A lone pelican waits to score some breakfast.

Well, it has been a busy week for us in Manzanillo. A few trips to immigration to renew our FM-3 visas, amoebas took over my stomach, and more and more visitors keep pouring in.
It never ceases to amaze us the amount of angry gringos that hang around immigration. Always plenty of yelling, red faces, and high blood pressure medication being popped like candy. Look for a future post on how to get your FM-3 visa, or really anything you need from Manzanillo Immigration... without having a heart attack. (Trust us, it's very possible!)

Scary stuff, being so close to the rocks. Just one big swell and they would be in deep trouble. The fishing must have been good to tempt them to come in so close.
Man, that picture is really cool.
A bird sitting on top & watching these persons fishing. Although it’s dangerous as Howard said, the pic is pretty good.
What a great photograph, especially with the color can who appears to be watching the fishermen at work. Thanks for sharing!!
