These are the highest quality units I've seen in Manzanillo area. The local architect (D'alba) has done a great job using local materials and knowledge with the Canadian developers sense of quality. While the buildings have structural steel frames, which give good seismic strength and durability, the core walls are still the sound deadening concrete and masonry.
