I've done a tour of the first unit as well a couple weeks ago. These are the highest quality units I've seen in Manzanillo area. The local architect (D'alba) has done a great job using local materials and knowledge with the Canadian developers sense of quality. While the buildings have structural steel frames, which give good seismic strength and durability, the core walls are still the sound deadening concrete and masonry. There are also double ceilings to provide even more sound isolation vertically. The foundations are extremely well reinforced concrete.
