Perla Del Mar- Manzanillo Real Estate Condominiums

Submitted by Manzanillo Blogger on Tuesday, 9 December 2008One Comment

You may have noticed the brand new advertisement we have up on the right hand bar of Manzanillo Blog. We are proud to have Perla Del Mar condominiums as one of our sponsors. They are currently constructing some of the most beautiful Manzanillo real estate we have ever seen down in Las Brisas.

The luxury condos at Perla really are a step above what others are offering. This gleaming steel structure offers high-end finishes and deeply thought out details, and there isn't anything else like Perla Del Mar in all of Manzanillo.

As you can see from the architectural renderings, Perla del Mar deserves its title as a Pearl of the Sea. It was designed by some of Manzanillo's foremost architects, and truly is one of a kind.

The construction on these condos started a little before January of 08, and it is slated to be finished in the near future. The developers have been keeping a detailed account of the construction progress in a blog on their site. We had been watching this building going up with much interest for some time, as it is very rare to see actual steel being used as a frame for a building in Manzanillo. Little did we know we would get to see the place up close and personal in the coming weeks.

As impressive as the outside is, it's what is inside that is truly amazing. The level and quality of the features and amenities that are offered in every Perla suite are spectacular! Perla easily rivals the most luxururious condos we ever saw in New York (my wife would know as she worked closely with many of them). We loved the endless personal touches and lush features.

The first thing you notice are the gorgeous solid Primavera and Rosa Morada woodwork that fills the suite. Each suite has it's own Whirlpool stackable washer and dryer, 6 burner stainless steel stovetop and oven, giant Maytag refrigerator and freezer, a real dish washer (!!!), balcony with hookups ready for a barbecue, premium ensuite security, endless instant hot water heater, and so much more! Even the little details are not left out- like the drawers with their "soft close" system and well thought out electrical outlets show just how much work and forethought has gone into the planning.

One thing that always bugs us is the lack of storage space in houses and condos here. This was solved with walk in closets, and plenty of storage space in the guest rooms to go around. Each of the lucky owners get their own underground secure parking spot which also has an area for storing even more stuff. Storage problem- solved. Add to all this: a beautiful beachfront view, infinity lap pool, private exercise facilities, and the chance to watch endless sunsets sipping margaritas on your own private balcony... We are pretty sure people will be clamoring to get into these condos.

But don't take our word for it, check it out yourself! The developers have open houses almost every day, and love to take interested people around. You can really tell they are proud of what they have built, and they deserve to be. Perla Del Mar sets a new standard in luxury condos in Manzanillo.

I’ve done a tour of the first unit as well a couple weeks ago. These are the highest quality units I’ve seen in Manzanillo area. The local architect (D’alba) has done a great job using local materials and knowledge with the Canadian developers sense of quality. While the buildings have structural steel frames, which give good seismic strength and durability, the core walls are still the sound deadening concrete and masonry. There are also double ceilings to provide even more sound isolation vertically. The foundations are extremely well reinforced concrete.
